Image collection »Partschinser Wasserfall - waterfall«

Partschins, a few kilometres to the west of Meran, is the location of the highest and probably also most beautiful waterfall in South Tyrol. The Partschins waterfall, fed by the Ziel Bach, plunges over 97 metres almost vertically. Especially during the snow melt (May to July) the water gushes out of the rocks with great force, so that the natural powers released are very impressive. From a small footbridge, only a few metres away from the falls, one can marvel at the masses of water thundering down into the valley.
